naktelė.lt stores the information needed to arrange and manage your stay. Your accommodation provider receives your booking details.

Booking information

We collect your name, email, optional phone number, dates, guest count and booking total. This information is used for the reservation and related service messages. Payment card details are handled by Stripe.

Service providers

When enabled by the host, an email provider sends booking messages, an SMS provider sends service notifications and Stripe processes payments. The production operator must identify these providers and the applicable safeguards in the final privacy notice.

Cookies

The owner dashboard uses a necessary login session cookie. The embedded guest booking form does not depend on third-party cookies. No analytics or advertising cookies are installed by this application.

Questions and data requests

Contact your accommodation provider about your stay. The platform operator must publish its legal identity, privacy contact and retention schedule before accepting real bookings.
